On clearly labelled AI pages, any text you enter is sent securely to generate suggestions for you. We recommend using initials or anonymised details, then pasting the results into your school systems.
Saved Workspaces
The Annual Planner uses a secure database so you don't lose your ALNCo tasks, sub-steps and deadlines. It's designed for planning your workload—not holding pupil records—so learner information should always stay in your school's systems.
You Stay in Control
Anything you download or copy from ALN Made Simple is yours to store in your IDP platform, MIS or secure drives. We don't create pupil accounts or store learner data—you decide how and where your information is used.
ALN Co-Pilot
NewALN Co-Pilot supports you across the site with tailored explanations, summaries, coaching and drafting help. It remembers what you've shared as you move between tools, so you can build a joined-up learner profile without re-typing the same information, ask smarter follow-up questions and export key conversations as evidence for reviews and IDPs.
